Our Canadian Bacon is cut from the loin rather than the belly like traditional bacon. This makes is a leaner choice. Pair this with a dozen of our pasture raised, non GMO eggs and you have a perfect breakfast!
We use an all-natural cure with our Canadian Bacon, so there are no nitrates/nitrites (except those naturally occurring in celery salt).
