Our Cottage Bacon is cut from the shoulder rather than the belly like traditional bacon. The oval shape makes it just right for putting on bread for a bacon sandwich. Pair this with a dozen of our pasture raised, non GMO eggs and you have a perfect breakfast!
We use an all-natural cure with our Cottage Bacon, so there are no nitrates/nitrites (except those naturally occurring in celery salt).
