Our pigs are raised on pasture and given non-GMO feed. They are never given any vaccines, hormones, or antibiotics.
Cottage Bacon is cut from the shoulder rather than the belly like traditional bacon. The oval shape makes it just right for putting on bread for a bacon sandwich. Pair this with a dozen of our pasture raised, non GMO eggs and you have a perfect breakfast!
We use an all-natural cure with our Cottage Bacon, so there are no nitrates/nitrites (except those naturally occurring in celery salt).
